REBOOT: V4 Day 16/30 

Whoa… Talk about hormonal. I was in one crappy mood this morning. My husband practically begged me to eat some carbs, so I made some paleo microwave bread instead! 

 Egg salad on paleo microwave bread, with a side serving of spinach, rocket and watercress. It hit just the spot and I felt better! 
Lunch

 After spending the day shopping, I was famished and not in any state to cook, so it was the last of the leftover butternut soup, with a sprinkle of chilli flakes. 

Dinner

  Right. This was just WOW! Cauli roti with chicken kebab chutney. Yummy!!!!  What a great way to end the day. It helped that my skeptical husband thoroughly enjoyed it too.
