REBOOT: V4 Day 18/30

Oh. My. God. This morning saw the birth of the most delectable paleo pancake ever (in my humble opinion). I am not a fan of the banana based ones (actually, I’d go as far as to say I reeeeeeaally dislike them) so decided to throw some things together and hope for the best. 

Breakfast 
 
That’s macadamia nut butter, coconut flour, tapioca flour, eggs, mixed together and fried in ghee. Dollop on some coconut cream, sprinkle with roasted flakes almonds, and hold on to your pants coz you’re about to be catapulted into heaven! 

Lunch

 Mmmmm, yummy chicken and chunky veg soup, with chilli flakes and fresh coriander. Delicious, nutricious, and paleoliscious! 
Dinner 

 

Roast chicken pieces, with sweet potato chips, and gem squash. Nothing fancy but so satisfying and filling.
