I saw the egg-pepper idea ages ago and have been wanting to give it a try. What a disaster! It really shouldn’t have been this tricky but I think the fact that the pepper was small and the eggs were x-large made for a bit of a mess really! Plus it would probably work better for someone who likes soft yolks …
