So this was a one-meal day. Thankfully, breakfast was filling and sustained me. The reason for not eating – kid #2 decided to jump on the sick bus! Plus I’m also not feeling great (it’s bound to happen in a month-long programme, ya get me?!)
Omelet, filled with chilli, green pepper, tomato, and mushrooms. Half an avo.
I eventually had some seeded toast and macadamia nut butter at around midnight. That was pretty much it.
