REBOOT: WEEK 1 MEAL PLAN

A WEEK’S WORTH OF REBOOT MEALS

Just as I’ve done with two previous REBOOTs, here is WEEK 1 of my REBOOT meals for V6 (my sixth). You can use this as a guide, to give you hints and ideas, and please remember that this is NOT an official meal plan – this is just what I ate!

You will find 3 meals per day, including a snack. Please note that I also work out 3-5 times per week, so you will see higher carb veggies as part of my meals. I was also participating in the Ultimate You Challenge and working out more than usual, so I did find that I ate more than usual too. Added to this, I finally managed to get into the habit of drinking 2-3 litres of water per day (yay!).

A link to the WEEK 2 meal plan is at the end of this post too.

If you’d like to view my previous meal plans, you can find my complete REBOOT V5 Meal Plan here, as well as my REBOOT V4 meal plan here.
