A WEEK’S WORTH OF REBOOT MEALS
Just as I’ve done with two previous REBOOTs, here is WEEK 1 of my REBOOT meals for V6 (my sixth). You can use this as a guide, to give you hints and ideas, and please remember that this is NOT an official meal plan – this is just what I ate!
You will find 3 meals per day, including a snack. Please note that I also work out 3-5 times per week, so you will see higher carb veggies as part of my meals. I was also participating in the Ultimate You Challenge and working out more than usual, so I did find that I ate more than usual too. Added to this, I finally managed to get into the habit of drinking 2-3 litres of water per day (yay!).
