A week of REBOOT meals, including breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner. Use it for REBOOT, or for a regular paleo eating plan – it’s all up to you!


I’ve finally got round to getting Week 3 meals documented and organised – so only one more to go before another 30 days of complete REBOOT meals is on offer to you. That would make 90 days worth of meal ideas in total – a pretty good start I’d say 🙂 I hope you’re finding them useful and even though I do not recommend that you follow exactly what I ate but rather adapt it to suit you, I do hope that these ideas are helpful to you! Also note that I was REBOOTing in conjunction with doing the Ultimate You Summer Challenge so I was working out more than usual. These meals kept me very well sustained through it all!
