From eggs in coffee and eggs in tea and eggs in absolutely everything – I needed something egg free! Enter TITANIUM tea
I’ve been drinking a creamy, dairy free TITANIUM coffee daily for months now, and had made a chai version a few months ago too. This morning however, I just did not want any eggs. I needed a caffeine fix but I needed something delicious and ‘homey’ and comforting. I don’t know why, but such is life!
Staring at the many varieties of teas lining my cupboard, I chose one of my favourites – Earl Grey – and then decided that I also felt like having a spicy twist so added some chai masala to it as it brewed. The addition of two tablespoons of coconut oil is what makes this creamy and delicious. I also sprinkled in my new favourite thing – vanilla powder.
So refreshing, so delicious, absolutely hitting just the spot, and the aroma and taste almost forces me into a state of relaxation… I’m not even kidding!
