Sleek Geek’s 30-Day REBOOT Nutrition Challenge: Version 1 Meal Plan [Paleo, Gluten free, Grain free, Dairy free, Budget friendly]

Eating clean, getting lean, no flours or substitutes, just real food. This is a strict Paleo 7 day meal plan that will help get you started

First and foremost, for information on the Sleek Geek REBOOT challenge, please pop over to their website and read all about REBOOT and the rules here. It’s pretty straight forward once you get yourself informed and prepped so that is a great place to start when you’re ready to take the plunge. I won’t lie – it isn’t exactly easy at the beginning, in fact, after about 2 days you’ll probably feel like throwing in the towel and calling it quits, but you push through. Then at around day 4, you’ll say to the hell with this sh!t … I feel like I’m dying … Oh my god will this headache ever let up!?

But push through… You will wake up sometime during your second week and realise that you had a great night’s sleep, you feel refreshed and alive, and your body feels – dare I even think it – lighter.

There’s a whole lot of good that can come from this 30 day challenge and if you’re up for it, you won’t regret it at all. You may even suprise yourself after the first 30 days and decide to do it all over again 😉 Read my 5 Top Tips for REBOOT results and get going!

I have a dedicated Sleek Geek REBOOT page on my blog because this has been the ultimate game changer for me. This is how I lost the weight, got healthy, and this is what pushes me back on track when I find myself faultering. You’ll find my other meal plans, a prep guide and lots of other information all REBOOT related on that page.

I’ve kept this meal plan very simple – no fancy, expensive ingredients at all, and I’ve stuck to the green list, which is highly recommended for your first REBOOT. I’ve done this one because I’ve been asked countless times for a ‘version 1’ meal plan so decided to do it for YOU! As with all my meal plans, please note:

This meal plan is not prescribed in any way and as such, please use this as a guide for inspiration to get you on the right track. Following this exact plan may not work for everyone because we all have different goals and starting points. It will get you started, but it’s up to you to adapt it to suit your needs.

  1. Can I pls get the budget friendly meal olans, I want to start a 30 day reboot challenge with my 2 daughters

    • Hi there,

I don’t have any other ‘meal plans’. These are only posted as an example of what the 30 days looks like. I’m not a qualified nutritionist therefore cannot give out meal plans. There are no set meal plans for REBOOT either. You would need to work with the REBOOT lists and work out your own meals for the REBOOT, based on your budget and goals. ✌️💕

  2. Hi Melissa

M6 baby is 4 months old now so desperately needing to shed my baby weight. I am breastfeeding… any advice and ideas please.

    • Hi Arlene,
I found breastfeeding to be a great contributor to losing pregnancy weight, however, 4 months is rather soon to me. Whilst breastfeeding, we’re encouraged to eat wholesome, nutritious foods to support both mom and baby, and that in itself will help with the weight. Also, exercise will be greatly beneficial to not only helping with weight, but also with lack of sleep and emotions (from personal experience).
I would strongly advise you seek professional help from a nutritionist and definitely speak to your doctor before embarking on any strict diet or lifestyle change whilst breastfeeding.
      All the best,
