First and foremost, for information on the Sleek Geek REBOOT challenge, please pop over to their website and read all about REBOOT and the rules here. It’s pretty straight forward once you get yourself informed and prepped so that is a great place to start when you’re ready to take the plunge. I won’t lie – it isn’t exactly easy at the beginning, in fact, after about 2 days you’ll probably feel like throwing in the towel and calling it quits, but you push through. Then at around day 4, you’ll say to the hell with this sh!t … I feel like I’m dying … Oh my god will this headache ever let up!? 

But push through… You will wake up sometime during your second week and realise that you had a great night’s sleep, you feel refreshed and alive, and your body feels – dare I even think it – lighter. 

There’s a whole lot of good that can come from this 30 day challenge and if you’re up for it, you won’t regret it at all. You may even suprise yourself after the first 30 days and decide to do it all over again πŸ˜‰ Read my 5 Top Tips for REBOOT results and get going!

I’ve done this one because I’ve been asked countless times for a ‘version 1’ meal plan so decided to do it for YOU! As with all my meal plans, please note:

 This meal plan is not prescribed in any way and as such, please use this as a guide for inspiration to get you on the right track. Following this exact plan may not work for everyone because we all have different goals and starting points. It will get you started, but it’s up to you to adapt it to suit your needs.
