Halfway!!!! Whooooooo-hooooo! This feels amazing. I even did a HIIT workout today – for 45 minutes – and I’ve lived to tell the tale! Breakfast Kept this very simple – scrambled eggs, avo, and sautéed mushrooms and onions. My new favourite thing is Red Espresso so I made myself a Red Anericano for breakfast.…
